How do I report my child's absence?
If you feel your child is too unwell to attend school, please log their absence on ParentMail or call the school office and leave a voicemail
What do I do if my child has an appointment?
Please let the school office know via email and send a copy of the appointment. Please arrange routine appointments out of school hours where possible.
What do I do if I need to request time off during school hours (e.g a term time holiday)?
Please complete the absence request form no less than two weeks prior to the period of absence required.
What do I do if I need a letter from school providing proof of attending Portfields Primary School?
Please confirm via email the details you need in writing, no less than one week prior to the letter being required.
